I got inspired to start CrossFit by watching the documentaries of Fittest on Earth during the pandemic. I started working on things like handstand walking and double unders in my backyard and ordered a Medicine Ball and 35lb Kettlebell when all the gyms were closed . Once the gyms started to open up again I tried my first CrossFit class and I immediately got hooked by the competitive aspect and desire to improve. When I did my first Open workout 3 years ago I knew I wanted to continue and take this sport seriously. I got my CrossFit Level 1 cert and fell in love with coaching as well. When I’m not in the gym you can usually find me going on hikes, watching movies, going on runs.
