Sarah Mossman

Sarah has been hooked on the CrossFit Kool Aid since 2018. She discovered CrossFit while performing in "The Phantom of the Opera" Broadway Tour, and immediately loved the “healthy” competitive nature of the sport. After being name "CrossFit Carlotta" by her cast mates, Sarah began training athletes in 2019, focusing on the technique required to move well and the discipline to train with intensity. Before teaming up with Max at CrossFit Wall Street, Sarah sang in multiple opera companies, toured Broadway shows, and performed Off-Broadway. Sarah is also a proud dog mom to her tripod pup, Clara.
