Erica Jenness

Erica is a lifelong athlete and dedicated CrossFitter with a background in finance.

She began as a youth sprinter, competed in tennis through high school and college, and later pursued rock climbing both indoors and outdoors before discovering her true passion in CrossFit.

After transitioning from her finance career in 2025, Erica earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential and became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, blending her athletic experience with her love of coaching and performance.

Outside the gym, she enjoys golf, travel, hiking, biking, time outdoors, and dogsitting. She will soon be a dog mom to a goldendoodle named Bogey…. yes, after golf.

Erica brings focus, positivity, and a drive to help others reach their full potential—both mentally and physically.
