

Our hybrid strength program focuses on two paralell tracks: Olympic Weightlifting and Bodybuilding.
Designed by our record breaking Head Coach, Olympic weightlifting focuses on the two main lifts: Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Bodybuilding focuses on isolated upper body and lower body days, working through individual movements keeping the muscles under tension for longer to create a strong range of motion foundation. Both programs work as a complement to our weekly CrossFit programming.
Thursdays at 7:30pm and Sundays 9:30am through 11:30am, the Coach will go over both tracks and you get to choose which track to follow for the Main and Secondary lifts. The class will come together to complete the Accessory section and then sweat it out in a fast finisher.
