Ligia Pineda has been coaching at CrossFit Wall Street for three years, with six years of CrossFit coaching experience overall. She’s also an active competitor, having competed in CrossFit competitions for the past five years.
Ligia loves Olympic lifting and brings that technical focus into her coaching. She’s especially energized by gymnastics skills—bar muscle-ups and ring muscle-ups are her favorites—and she’s passionate about helping members build confidence, capacity, and consistency.
Her goal is to guide every athlete toward their fitness goals in a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.
Outside the gym, Ligia can usually be found baking, reading, painting, or dancing. She’s also an avid outdoor runner who enjoys half-marathon trail races for fun, and she’s always down for a good movie or a Netflix binge.
