Tommy Jaeger

Tommy has been an athlete his whole life. He played NCAA Division I soccer at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where discipline, teamwork, and doing the hard thing—especially when you don’t feel like it—was the standard.

After graduation, he carried that same mindset into the U.S. Army, and CrossFit became his constant: a way to stay mission-ready, build resilience, and find community no matter where the job sent him. Over the years, CrossFit has evolved from “training to keep up” into a genuine passion—chasing progress, sharpening skills, and finding ways to compete.

In class, Tommy coaches with an athlete’s eye and a teammate’s energy: clear cues, high standards, and a focus on helping people move well, get strong, and build real confidence—inside and outside the gym.
